I love the addition of the "My Thoughts" journal, which gives me a good place to review my thoughts and feelings about what I have read. I also like the guideline it includes, also the questions you should ask yourself as you reflect.
I really enjoy the imagery in this book, especially the doorway imagery. My favorite is the bench with Virginia in the "My Thoughts" section. The words on the bench are inspiring.
I enjoyed the thought of sitting at the Table of Hearts to reflect that writing in the " My Thoughts" journal section made me feel like I was in the narratives.
