Die Cut Blades
LITHO-PERF
The original Boyd product, Litho-Perf, remains the industry standard today for reliability and high-quality performance. It is available in 6-, 8-, 12- and 16-tooth blades with height selections from .0125 inch to .029 inch, allowing you to perform perforations on a wide variety of different paper and card stocks used for such jobs as direct response mailing cards, coupon booklets, and raffle tickets.
LITHO-SCORE
The first in-the-run, on-press scoring accessory designed for the offset press, Litho-Score holds consistent register with the printed copy. The rule prepares the stock for a neater fold and is available in various heights for card and paper stocks. Litho-Score is ideal for scoring newsletters, folders, thank-you cards, announcements and table tents.
LITHO-SNAP
Litho-Snap functions in the same manner as Litho-Perf, creating perforated, quick-separation snap-out or snap-apart forms. Available in 3- and 4-tooth blades, Litho-Snap 3-tooth is available only for paper stock.
LITHO-SCORE/CARD
Litho-Score/Card has no sharp, square edges that risk cutting the heavier stocks. Its wider, round scoring edge helps minimize cracking and is excellent for heavy coated and uncoated stock, cast-coated paper, and jobs where scoring over solid coverage is required.
LITHO-SLIT
Litho-Slit eliminated separate runs by permitting on-press straight-cutting possibilities. The blade is effective for slitting, straight-line die cutting and insertion slots in presentation folders and can be used on either card or paper stocks. Litho-Slit can be selected with either a straight knife edge, or a serrated edge to meet specific criteria for cleanness of cut.
CENTER-SERIES BLADES
LITHO-PERF/CS
Offering the same perforating performance as the standard, side-aligned Litho-Perf, Litho-Perf/CS has center-mounted teeth for increased pressure and longer runs. This is currently the only center-mounted rule available that has been heat-treated using Boyd's time-tested methods for extended life.
LITHO-SCORE/CS

The straight-cut, center-mounted blade performs virtually all types of die cuts and cut-outs more economically than ever, and gives you the added advantage of in-house quality control.
SPECIALTY BLADES
MICRO-PERF/SS
 With 30-, 40- and 50-tooth blades, Micro-Perf is ideal for perforating continuous-feed forms, offering a perforation line that remains clean. The blades are available in a blade height of .022 inch, designed for use on paper or lightweight card stocks. Use Micro-Perf for jobs that will pass through a laser printer after being perforated.
LITHO-PUNCH
Litho-Punch creates a punched circular cut that remains lightly attached for removal by the end user. Litho-Punch is ideal for making circular punches in promotional pieces or binder inserts. It is available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 1", 1 1/4", and 1 1/2" diameters, with other diameters available by special order. A serrated or straight-cut edge may be used -- available for both paper and card stocks.
LITHO-DIE
Litho-Dies are designed for die cutting on the offset press. Doorknob, door hanger and window dies are available in a wide variety of sizes, however, we also offer custom dies and a variety of complex shapes. All are mounted on shim stock for ease of attachment, and are heat-treated.
